FIRSTCARD CREDIT BUILDER REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Firstcard Credit Builder Card Referral Program (the “Program”) is open to all Firstcard Credit Builder Card account holders (the “Referrer”) in good standing as determined by Firstcard at its sole discretion.

The Referrer and the referred new Firstcard Credit Builder Card account holder (the “Referred”) will each receive a $10 credit (the “Reward”) to their Firstcard Credit Builder Card account when the Referred spends $30 or more using their Firstcard Credit Builder Card within 30 days of their new account open date, subject to the account remaining open and in good standing. If the account is not in good standing, or if it is closed for any reason before the Reward is posted to the account, the Reward will be forfeited.

Only purchases that are posted to the Referred’s account within the 30-day period qualify for the Reward. Qualifying transactions do not include balance transfers, cash advances, ATM withdrawals, or any fees or interest posted to the account.

The Reward will be credited to both the Referrer's and Referred's Firstcard Credit Builder Card accounts within 30 days of completing the offer requirements. The Reward will appear on the cardholder's monthly statement. The account must remain open and in good standing to receive the Reward; otherwise, the Reward will be forfeited.

Limit one Reward per Referred. Offer may not be combined with other special offers or promotions.

A Referrer can earn a maximum of $500 in total referral rewards. Once this limit is reached, the Referrer will no longer be eligible to receive further referral rewards, though they can still refer new users.

The Referrer must use the designated referral link provided by Firstcard to make a valid referral. The Referred must use the Referrer's referral link to sign up for the Firstcard Credit Builder Card for the referral to qualify for the Reward.

By participating in the Program, the Referrer consents to Firstcard sharing information with the Referred about the fact that the Referred has become a new Firstcard Credit Builder Card customer.

Firstcard reserves the right to terminate the Program or change the terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes or termination of the Program will not affect Rewards earned prior to the change or termination.

Participation in the Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Firstcard is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost or stolen referrals or unauthorized use of the referral link.

By participating in the Program, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
