Firstcard Rewards Program Rules
Your Firstcard Secured Credit Builder Card Account ("Account") will earn cashback rewards on eligible purchases, as explained below (the “Rewards Program”). The Rewards Program is administered by Firstcard, Inc. ("Firstcard").
Firstcard may make changes to the Rewards Program (including termination of the Rewards Program) or change the terms of this agreement at any time at its discretion.

How Do You Earn Cashback?
On August 25, 2025, we stopped offering merchant cashback and random cashback. The only available rewards under the Firstcard Rewards Program are unlimited cashback on eligible purchases.

● Cashback is automatically credited to your linked checking account once a transaction has settled. Cashback will not post while a transaction is in pending status.
● It may take 1–3 business days after settlement for cashback to appear in your checking account.

Ineligible Purchases
The following transactions are not eligible for cashback:
● Money transfers (including peer-to-peer or account funding) or Cash Advance
● International transactions
● Purchases of Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies
● Online gambling transactions
● Business transactions (including Advertisement or SaaS product)
● Items returned for credit, disputed or unauthorized purchases, or fraudulent transactions
● Traveler's checks or foreign currency purchases
● Purchases of precious metals (including gold)
● Money orders, wire transfers, or similar cash-like transactions
● Lottery tickets, gaming chips, or similar betting transactions
● Loads or reloads of balances on gift cards, prepaid cards, or cash equivalents
● Government services or person-to-person payments
● Any other transactions Firstcard determines, in its sole discretion, to be ineligible

Limits and Restrictions
● Your Account becomes delinquent
● You violate your Firstcard Cardholder Agreement or Subscription Terms
● Your Account is suspended, closed, or under review for fraud, misuse, or identity verification
If your Account is closed by you or by us for reasons other than fraud or misuse, you will forfeit any uncredited cashback amounts not yet posted at the time of closure.

Firstcard reserves the right to revise, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program without notice at any time at its discretion.
Available Merchants
The Firstcard team works directly with merchants to determine the merchants level of cashback funding and timing of the program. Firstcard may also work with cashback aggregation platforms to provide additional cashback offers.
